When Iness stepped off the plane in Springfield, Mo. in the fall of 2014, she never imagined how big a leap she would make toward her career goals in 10 short months.
“I achieved a lot more than I hoped,” she says. “Even things that I never thought I could do before, like interviewing and creating videos in English, and creating a website from scratch.”
